How we publish
Editorial Policy and Publisher Disclosure
How The Founder's Cut chooses questions, uses sources and numbers, and discloses its relationship with its publisher, Dopameme.
What we cover
The Founder’s Cut publishes practical answers about founder-led video: deciding whether video is worth it, getting on camera, formats and hooks, platforms, and measuring results. The intended reader is a founder or business owner who wants their own face and voice to do some of the selling.
How questions are chosen
Each article starts from a question founders already ask. The question is the headline, written the way people phrase it, and the direct answer appears in the first few sentences.
How we use sources and numbers
Statistics are quoted as published and attributed in the sentence where they appear. Every source is listed under “Credits & sources” at the end of the article so you can check it yourself. Platform rules, such as length limits or ranking signals, are taken from the platform’s own help pages or announcements where possible. Example calculations are labelled as illustrative. One person’s result is treated as one case, not a benchmark.
Publisher relationship
The Founder’s Cut is published by Dopameme, a content studio that makes short-form video and runs founder-led content for companies. Because this publication covers founder-led video, many questions overlap with the work Dopameme does.
Where that overlap is direct, an article may include one short section explaining how Dopameme approaches the problem, usually after the do-it-yourself option. The relationship is disclosed on every page and in the site’s structured data. The answers, sources and practical advice are written to be useful on their own.
