The Authors
Every article on The Founder's Cut is written by Talha Abrar or Salaar Ahmed Khan, the co-founders of Dopameme, from the founder and creator accounts they run every week.

Salaar Ahmed Khan
Co-Founder, Dopameme · LinkedIn
Salaar co-founded Dopameme and leads organic growth, founder-led marketing and community building there. He is a creator who built an agency rather than an agency person who learned to create.
He spent more than ten years growing audiences on Instagram, taking pages from zero to a combined 700,000+ followers and over a billion organic views before Dopameme existed. Before the agency he ran a PR and influencer practice representing some of the subcontinent’s biggest creators, launched apparel brands and built an online creator marketplace.
At Dopameme he connects a founder’s content to business outcomes, and has helped build organic content systems across 50+ brands and 3 billion views without ad spend. On The Founder’s Cut he writes about the founder side of video: getting on camera, choosing platforms, and making visibility pay.

Talha Abrar
Co-Founder, Dopameme · LinkedIn
Talha co-founded Dopameme, a studio that builds organic short-form content systems for founders, creators and companies. He leads a team of 25 spread across Pakistan, Dubai, Europe, the US and Bangladesh, working with SaaS products, finance and tech creators, healthcare brands and enterprise groups.
Most of his time goes into a research library he keeps for the team: a few hundred video teardowns and close to a hundred documented formats, each one tested on live accounts before it is used for a client. One launch account he worked on passed 4 million views and 22,000 followers in its first month. A finance creator reached 100,000 followers in four months.
On The Founder’s Cut he writes about the mechanics: what makes someone keep watching, how ranking systems test a new video, and which numbers are worth your attention.
Writes about
